Hello everyone,
I’m excited to share some incredible news about the recent activities of the EdUHK Robotics Team. From January 24th to 25th, 2024, our team had the honor of participating in the “China University Robot Competition ROBOCON 2024 Annual Meeting” held in Shenzhen. This event brought together robotics enthusiasts from across the country to discuss the latest developments in robotics technology.
A Grand Occasion for Learning and Inspiration
This annual meeting was not only a significant event for technical exchange but also an invaluable opportunity for learning and inspiration. We were thrilled to engage in in-depth discussions and exchanges with leading enterprises and scientific experts in the domestic robotics industry.
During the two-day event, we gained a deeper understanding of the latest advancements in robotics technology. We also had the chance to visit the Shenzhen innoX Academy and the Sky City headquarters of DJI Innovations, where we experienced cutting-edge robotics technology and innovative educational models firsthand.
Sharing Our Experiences
One of the highlights of the event was the interview I was invited to participate in. I had the opportunity to share our team’s experiences in competitions and our explorations in the field of robotics. It was an enriching experience to discuss our journey and the challenges we’ve faced, as well as the solutions we’ve developed along the way.
Broadening Horizons and Expanding Collaboration
As one of the representative teams from Hong Kong, the EdUHK Robotics Team was proud to broaden our horizons at this annual meeting. We expanded our collaboration with other universities and leading industry enterprises, and we were honored to represent our school at the conference.
We learned a great deal from top industry experts and are eager to bring back the insights gained from this conference to further advance EdUHK’s research and development in the field of robotics technology.
Strengthening Our Role in Technological Exchange
This conference not only enhanced the capabilities and perspectives of the EdUHK Robotics Team but also strengthened our role as a bridge for technological exchange in robotics both domestically and internationally. Through such exchanges and learning, we are poised to play a significant role in the future development of robotics technology.
We look forward to applying the knowledge and experiences gained from this event to our ongoing projects and future innovations. Stay tuned for more exciting updates from the EdUHK Robotics Team!
