Four things we do for schools
In-school robotics courses
Graded tracks in micro:bit, SPIKE, Arduino and Python, from primary through senior secondary. Built as 8–12 lesson cycles that run on your school’s existing kits — and grow into a sustainable school-based curriculum.
For: regular lessons / co-curricular / enrichment
Year-round team training
A full-year school team plan: member selection, weekly training, equipment planning and pre-competition camp. Start a robotics team at your school from zero and build a sustainable pipeline of teams.
For: schools building a STEM signature programme
Competition coaching
Coaching experience across Robocon, MakeX, VEX, the Hong Kong Engineering Challenge and IET / MATE ROV — from strategy analysis and simulated matches to full on-site support at the arena.
For: school teams / competition squads / inter-school events
Teacher workshops & talks
Hands-on sessions for staff development days, such as “How to start a robotics team from zero” — lessons from four seasons of Robocon plus practical, school-ready plans.
For: whole staff / STEM panel / ICT panel
Real experience, not talk

From captain to advisor across four seasons — the team’s run earned a televised RTHK feature.

Coached a school team at the Hong Kong Engineering Challenge 2023 — from pre-competition training to on-site guidance.

micro:bit and coding foundations on site — students build and program by hand.

From school-based ROV curricula to IET / MATE ROV competition coaching; quick-start demo days available.

FAQ
How many students per class? What equipment?
Typically 10–15 students working in small groups. Lessons can run on the kits your school already owns (micro:bit / SPIKE / Arduino / LEGO etc.); if procurement is needed we provide an equipment list with practical advice.
Can school funding / grants be used?
Yes. Many schools pay through the IT Innovation Lab scheme, Other Learning Experiences (OLE) or STEM-related grants; quotation documents are formatted to fit school reporting requirements.
Can we try it first for free?
Yes. Schools can start with a free 90-minute demo lesson to see the classroom vibe and student response before planning anything further.
Any free resources?
Yes — the DSE ICT simulators on this site (machine learning, network protocols and more) are free for all teachers and students in Hong Kong to use directly in class.
